Our new identity is sleek, creative, fun and designed to stand out. We’ve refined our Signature formulas with even more hair-loving ingredients to bring you the best results possible.
While our look has changed, the heart of NAK Hair remains the same. We’re still the Australian born and salon trusted brand you know and loved since 2003, delivering professional, salon-quality results with every product.

Yes! While some formulas remain the same in aerosols, others have been refined with advanced technology to deliver improved results for hair health, manageability, and styling.

Yes, all NAK Hair Signature products remain 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Yes, we are proudly Australian made and have been since 2003, true to our roots.

What’s different about the packaging?
The new bottles are made from HDPE, which is fully recyclable. We moved away from PCR to reduce damage during transit and to improve bottle squeezability and consistency.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 and Free Express Shipping on orders over $90.
For orders under these amounts, Standard Shipping is $9.95 (3–9 business days), and Express Shipping is $14.95 (1–4 business days).
When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will shipped the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Item's shipped via AusPost can be tracked online here. You can also track your delivery via the AusPost app or by logging into your AusPost online account.
Orders containing dangerous goods, such as aerosols, are shipped via Direct Freight Express. These orders can be tracked via the Direct Freight Express website here.
You can also track your delivery anytime through your Account Dashboard → Orders → Track Order.

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners. Delays can sometimes happen, but don’t stress - just keep an eye on your tracking link for updates. If your order is taking longer than the expected time, please contact us at support@nakhair.com.au.

Orders that Don't Contain Aerosols:
Orders get packed & shipped very quickly so we’re unable to update the delivery address, however AusPost have a handy feature that allows you to re-direct parcels while they’re in transit. You can do it from the AusPost app, or by logging into your AusPost account online.
You can request a redirection anytime from when your parcel leaves the sender right up until the day of delivery. Once your parcel is on board a vehicle for delivery, you won’t be able to request a redirection.

Orders Containing Aerosols:
Orders containing aerosols are shipped via Direct Freight Express. If your parcel is being shipped via Direct Freight Express please email your redirection request to support@nakhair.com.au and we will do our best to liaise with the courier to redirect your parcel.

We offer 30-day returns for:
Products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Incorrect, damaged, faulty, or missing items.
Simply contact support@nakhair.com.au with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through it.

Yes, as long as it’s unused, unopened, in original packaging, and within 30 days of receiving your order.
P.S. If your order came with a free gift, you’ll need to return that too.

Yes many of our products are suitable for daily use. Please read each product's How To Apply section to understand their usage recommendations.

All NAK Hair products are formulated without parabens and SLS/SLES, except for the NAK Care product range.

Our formulations contain nothing that should be harmful during pregnancy or breast-feeding. We suggest that you consult with your doctor on what products to use during pregnancy.
Are your bottles recyclable?

All our NAK Signature and ORI Lab bottles are made from HDPE plastic which can be recycled in your recycling bin.
Please remove the cap from each product as these are not recyclable.

All NAK Hair products are produced following a rigorous stability and testing protocol.
To ensure you get the most out of your product, we recommend using your products within 2-3 years unopened or 12 months after opening.

The vast majority of NAK Hair products are formulated without gluten. However, both wheat and oat proteins are used in some products. Please refer to each product ingredient list to find gluten-free options.

Yes, our ORI Lab Calm Cleanse and Condition are formulated without fragrance.

Some essential oils are used in our products, selected for their anti-bacterial soothing, healing and calming properties, most beneficial for the hair and skin. Please check the product listing ingredients list to see if they contain any essential oils.
