By entering the ROH Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

- Competition Period: Competition Period commences on Monday 1 December 2025 at 8.00am AEST and concludes on Wednesday 31 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEST. Entries will be open for entrants throughout the Competition Period. The Promoter reserves the right to tease the promotion prior to the commencement of the Competition Period and reserves the right to terminate the Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
Entry Restrictions
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
- Competition is not open to any person, including Australian residents, entering the Competition from outside of Australia.
- Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will forfeit their prize.
- Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible in the Competition and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
- Entrants may be asked to provide a nominated valid postal address and email address as requested by the Promoter, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Entrants must be Australian resident and have a registered address in Australia.
- By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Competition is not open to:
- Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
- Spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household); or
- Any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter valued either individually or collectively at more than $1,000 in the six (6) months prior to the commencement of the Competition.
- Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
- All entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions, in particular if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility after the Promoter has or appears to have awarded the prize to the ineligible entrant. In those circumstances, the Promoter can require return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter.
How to Enter
- During the Competition Period, entrants must:
- follow @roh.australia on Instagram;
- like and save at least one post from the account; and
- tag a friend in the comments section of a competition-related post.
- Each additional comment will count as a bonus entry.
- Entrants may also receive one additional bonus entry by sharing a competition-related post to their Instagram story.
Limitation on Entries
- Entrants may enter as many times as they would like.
Prize Draw
- Each valid entry submitted in the above specified Competition Period will go into the draw to win a Prize. The winner will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries. The draw will take place at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, Queensland on Tuesday 6 January 2026 at 8.00am AEST.
Prize Details:
- There is one (1) Prize to be won, for one (1) Winner.
- The Prize is a ROH PR Box (valued at – AUD$148 Recommended Retail Price), and includes:
- 1 x ROH Universal Wash 350mL;
- 1 x ROH Universal Condition 350mL;
- 1 x ROH Daily Hair Tonic 150mL; and
- 1 x ROH Scalp Renew Serum 50mL.
- The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash and cannot be taken in parts. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified if they have been successful in winning a prize within one (1) day of the Competition Draw Date.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @roh.australia.
Prize Claim & Delivery
- The Prize must be claimed by 5.00pm AEST on Friday 9 January 2026. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be re-drawn.
- The Winner may be required to provide any documentation which the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s insurer reasonably requests for the purposes of prize redemption.
- The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
- Prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail and/or delivered via email.
- Where the prize is a physical products or gift card, the prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and can be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail or delivered via email
Prize Claim Date & Time & Unclaimed Prize Draw
- If a winner does not claim their prize/s within the specified period, they will forfeit their prize.
- Unclaimed Prize Draw:
- A re-draw will then take place at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, on Monday 12 January 2026 at 8.00am AEST.
- The Winner of the redraw will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries.
- The winner will be notified within one (1) business day of the redraw date, via Instagram direct message from @roh.australia.
Special conditions
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award of any prize or the pronouncement of a winner/s (as applicable).
- Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
- Prior to acceptance of any prize, the Promoter may require the winner to sign documents including a prize acceptance form. Any winner that fails to sign any required documentation as requested by the Promoter may be disqualified from the promotion.
- Should there be any technical malfunctions for any reason, the Promoter has the option to extend the time period for giveaways and/or change the specified day. The Promoter will then stipulate online or on social the new end time of the competition.
Information collected
- The entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the competition and arranging for the prize to be provided to the winning entrant, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, found at https://nakhair.com.au/privacy-policy.
Contesting dates
- Contesting dates for prize giveaways is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Should for any reason the contesting dates need to change (for example, due to any changes to prize availability) the Promoter will communicate the date change online and/or on social. The Promoter also has the option to extend the existing contesting day should it be required for any reason.

- Multiple entries are permitted based on the number of qualifying purchases.
- Prize Draw
- Each valid entry submitted in the above specified Competition Period will go into the draw to win a Prize. The winner will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries. The draw will take place at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, Queensland on Friday 5 December 2025 at 9 am AEST.
- Prize Details:
- There is one (1) Prize to be won, for one (1) Winner. The Prize includes a year’s supply of NAK Hair products (minimum value AUD$600 – Recommended Retail Price).
- The Prize includes a curated selection of NAK Hair products, delivered quarterly to the Winner across 12 months.
- The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash and cannot be taken in parts. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified if they have been successful in winning a prize within three (3) business days of the Competition Draw Date.

- Eligibility

Australia Post will deliver your parcel, but please note that we aren’t responsible for any delays that may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot ship flammable items like aerosols via Express Post. They are classed as Dangerous Goods and will be sent via courier - Direct Freight Express and usually take 1-9 working days to arrive.

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for:

- incorrect, damaged, faulty or missing items.

1. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email to support@nakhair.com.au:
- Order number
- Photos of the product (s) showing the issue.
Once verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
2. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

3. Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy for products which are unused, unopened and in original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:
- Order confirmation number.
- Details of product(s) you would like to return.
- Reason for return.
If the purchase included a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the gift must be returned along with the purchased item/s. if the gift is not returned, your refund may be reversed or denied upon inspection, and the items will be sent back to you.

Free Regular shipping is available for orders over $49 AUD, and Free Express Shipping is available for orders over $80 AUD.

NAK Hair is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

We offer a 30-day return policy for products which are unused, unopened and in
original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nakhair.com.au. If the purchase included a Gift with Purchase GWP), the gift must be returned along with the purchased item/s. If the gift is not returned, your refund may be reversed or denied upon inspection, and the items will be sent back to you.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please take a photo of the fault and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Do not dispose of the faulty item until we’ve had a chance to review.

NAK’s ‘Subscribe and Save’ is a repeat order at various intervals created for an item when you select that option against the product when placing an order for it. All items may not be eligible for Subscribe and Save.
You do not need an existing account to purchase a subscription order. Where applicable, subscriptions can be purchased at checkout like any other product. During checkout, you must agree to the cancellation policy to confirm you understand you are purchasing a subscription.
When a subscription is purchased, an account is automatically created for you. You can access this account by signing in via the store’s menu or by selecting “Manage your subscription” from subscription-related email notifications. Account access is password-free; simply enter your email address and receive a one-time
6-digit verification code to log in. Once logged in, you can manage your
subscription, including updating payment details, changing shipping
information, pausing or cancelling your subscription, viewing or skipping
upcoming orders, and reviewing past orders.
Subscribe and Save means you enjoy 15% off for every future recurring order with us for that item. The discount is based on our full regular price (i.e. when not on sale or other promotion) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
You can pause, skip or cancel a Subscribe and Save order at any time leading up to the placement date.
If any item in your Subscribe and Save order is out of stock or cannot be sent to you, we will attempt to fulfil your order five (5) times; however, if the item is still out of stock or cannot be sent to you after this time, we will skip that order and notify you. We will only attempt to charge you once the product is back in stock.
Promotional discount codes may be limited to the first order only or can be configured to apply to multiple recurring orders, depending on how the discount is set up. Gift cards can only be applied to the first payment. All recurring subscription orders must be paid with the saved card on file.
A recurring card billing to your nominated credit card, debit card, or digital wallet acceptable to us must be set up to be eligible for Subscribe and Save. If we are unable to process payment, then your product subscription order will not be
processed and your order will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are valid and up to date and that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment processing. All online card transactions on the NAK website occur through secure external payment gateways. We do not collect or store payment information and we cannot view or retrieve complete card details.
