1.  Entry Restrictions    

1.1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

1.2. Entrants may only enter once.

1.3. Competition is not open to any person, including Australian residents, entering the Competition from outside of Australia.

1.4. Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will forfeit their prize.

1.5. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible in the Competition and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.

1.6. Entrants may be asked to provide a nominated valid postal address and email address as requested by the Promoter, at the Promoter’s discretion.

1.7. Entrants must be Australian resident and have a registered address in Australia.

1.8.By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.9. Competition is not open to:

1.9.1.Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;

1.9.2.Spouse, de facto spouse, parent,
natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household); or

1.9.3.Any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter valued either individually or collectively at more than $1,000 in the six (6) months prior to the commencement of the Competition.

1.10. Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.

1.11. All entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions, in particular if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility after the Promoter has or appears to have awarded the prize to the ineligible entrant. In those circumstances, the Promoter can require return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter.

 

2. How to Enter

2.1.  During the Competition Period, entrants must complete the online entry form by
submitting their name, email, and phone number via the official competition landing page.

 

3. Limitation on Entries

3.1.  Entrants may only enter the Competition once.

4. Prize Draw  

4.1. Each valid entry submitted in the
above specified Competition Period will go into the draw to win a Prize. The winner will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries. The draw will take place at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, Queensland on Monday 28 July 2025 at 9:00AM AEST.

5.  Prize Details:

5.1. There are four (4) Prizes to be won, for four (4) Winners. Each Prize includes a ROH Scalp Celebration Prize Pack (minimum value AUD$263.65 each – Recommended Retail Price). Each Prize includes:

5.1.1.ROH Universal Hair Wash 350 mL

5.1.2.ROH Universal Hair Condition 350 mL

5.2. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash and cannot be taken in parts. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6.  Winner Notification

6.1.     The winners will be notified if they have been successful in winning a prize within one (1) day of the Competition Draw Date of Monday 28 July 2025 at 9:00AM AEST.

6.2.     The winner will be notified via email or phone.

 

7.  Prize Claim & Delivery

7.1.  Prizes must be claimed by 17:00PM AEST on Monday 4 August 2025. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and the prize will be re-drawn.

7.2.  Winners may also be required to provide any documentation which the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s insurer reasonably requests for the purposes of prize redemption.

7.3.    
The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.

7.4.    
Prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail and/or delivered via email.

7.5.    
Where the prize is a physical products or gift card, the prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and can be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail or delivered via email.

 

8.  Prize Claim Date & Time & Unclaimed Prize Draw

8.1. If a winner does not claim their prize/s within the specified period, they will forfeit their prize.

8.2. Unclaimed Prize Draw:

8.2.1. A re-draw will then take place at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, on Tuesday 5 August 2025 at 9:00AM AEST.

8.2.2.The winner/s of the redraw will be
drawn at random from the list of valid entries. The winner will be notified via email or phone if they have been successful in winning a prize within three (3) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw date.

 

9. Special conditions

9.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award of any prize or the pronouncement of a winner/s (as applicable).

9.2. Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

9.3. Prior to acceptance of any prize, the Promoter may require the winner to sign documents including a prize acceptance form. Any winner that fails to sign any required documentation as requested by the Promoter may be disqualified from the promotion.

9.4. Should there be any technical malfunctions for any reason, the Promoter has the option to extend the time period for giveaways and/or change the specified day. The Promoter will then stipulate online or on social the new end time of the competition.

 

10. Information collected

10.1. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the competition and arranging for the prize to be provided to the winning entrant, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, found at https://nakhair.com.au/privacy-policy.

 

11. Contesting dates

11.1. Contesting dates for prize giveaways is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Should for any reason the contesting dates need to change (for example, due to any changes to prize availability) the Promoter will communicate the date change online and/or on social. The Promoter also has the option to extend the existing contesting day should it be required for any reason.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be
dispatched the next business day. Excludes public holidays. Orders may experience shipping delays due to public holidays, and during periods of high traffic.

Australia Post will deliver your parcel, but please note that we aren’t responsible for any delays that may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot ship flammable items like aerosols via Express Post. They are classed as Dangerous Goods and will be sent via courier - Direct Freight Express and usually take 1-9 working days to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post now sends digital notifications about your parcel’s whereabouts, rather than a physical note. We recommend tracking your parcel online or keeping an eye out for an SMS to stay updated on its status.22

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier
disruptions. For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting the Express Shipping
option. Excludes aerosols.

PO Box & Parcel Lockers

Australia Post can deliver your parcel straight to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Just a heads up: If your order includes flammable products, we’ll need a street address instead.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will
receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST from Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day. Excludes public holidays.

Can Couriers Leave Packages Without a Signature?

If you have an Australia Post account attached to your email, they will send you a text message with options for your delivery. You’ll be able to choose whether you’d like your parcel to be left at your address without a signature, or if you prefer it to be taken to your local post office for collection.

I Didn’t Receive a Note That My Order Was at the Post Office.

Apologies for any confusion! Australia Post now sends digital notifications about your parcel’s whereabouts, rather than a physical note. We recommend tracking your parcel online or keeping an eye out for an SMS to stay updated on its status.

Order arrived damaged

Oh no! That's not the NAK way.

Here’s what to do:

  • Keep the product and all packaging as you found it (even if it’s a little worse for wear).
  • Snap a few photos of the damage
  • Send your pics and your order number to our Customer Care team at support@nakhair.com.au.

We’ll jump on it and sort things out ASAP.

RETURNS POLICY

If the purchase included a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the gift must be returned along with the purchased item/s. if the gift is not returned, your refund may be reversed or denied upon inspection, and the items will be sent back to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy for products which are unused, unopened and in
