What is the return policy for gift sets?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging, as well as for items that arrive incorrect, damaged, or faulty. If a gift set is not quite right, please contact our team at support@nakhair.com.au and we will do our best to find a solution. Do NAK Hair gift sets contain full-size or travel-size products? 

NAK Hair offers both full size and travel size gift sets. Full size sets provide a complete salon style routine for at home use, while travel sets offer compact versions ideal for travel, trial, or gifting.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on eligible orders, depending on the shipping method selected and your order total. Australia Post Regular is $9.95 and free on orders over $49. Australia Post Express is $14.95 and free on orders over $149. Shipping costs and eligibility are calculated at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

We'll get your order out as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

Australia Post Regular: 3 to 9 business days
Australia Post Express: 1 to 4 business days

Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same business day (excluding public holidays). Tracking details will be sent via email. Please note aerosols are shipped via courier and may take slightly longer.
