1. This offer applies exclusively to individual customers who sign up to the Natural Australian Kulture Pty Ltd (NAK Hair) newsletter via the QR code at the Warehouse Sale, held at 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, on Friday 5 June 2026 and Saturday 6 June 2026 only (Warehouse Sale).
2. One (1) free Mini Curls Set (comprising 1 x NAK Curl Shampoo 80mL and 1 x NAK Curl Condition 80mL, RRP AUD$33.90) (Gift) is available per person and may only be claimed once.
3. This Gift is not available to employees, contractors, agents or representatives of NAK Hair, or any personnel directly involved in the conduct of the Warehouse Sale.
4. The Gift is available strictly while stocks last. NAK Hair reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a product of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary, or to withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent its continued operation without notice.
5. The Gift is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. This Gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly stated by NAK Hair.
7. By signing up to the NAK Hair newsletter via the QR code form, customers consent to receiving marketing communications from NAK Hair. Customers may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and NAK Hair’s Privacy Policy.
8. A valid and unique email address is required to claim the Gift. Each email address may only be used once. NAK Hair reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably suspects are generated or used improperly.
9. NAK Hair reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of participants and to refuse or revoke the Gift where there is a breach of these terms, fraud, or misuse, acting reasonably.
10. This promotion is conducted solely by NAK Hair and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
