- Promotion Details
- This promotion is conducted, and the prize administered by Natural Australian Kulture Pty Ltd (ABN 50 103 624 451), trading as NAK HAIR AUSTRALIA, of 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, Australia (Promoter).
- This promotion is a game of chance. It is free to enter, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
- All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Period
- The promotion commences on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at 8:00am AEST and concludes on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
- Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility
- To be eligible to enter, entrants must be:
- Australian residents with a registered Australian address;
- aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and
- a qualified salon professional working within the hair or beauty industry in Australia. Entrants may be required to provide proof of professional status (for example, salon employment, salon business details, or ABN). Entries from individuals who cannot demonstrate professional status may be deemed invalid.
- Employees or contractors of the Promoter are ineligible to enter the promotion, as are their immediate family members.
- Entrants must provide valid and accurate contact details, including a valid email address, and be contactable by the Promoter.
- Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
- How to Enter
- During the Competition Period, entrants must:
- follow @nakhairprofessional on Instagram;
- like the dedicated giveaway post; and
- tag a stylist in the comments who inspires them.
- Each additional comment will count as a bonus entry.
- Entrants may also receive one additional bonus entry by posting a reel using one of the new Liquid Gloss shades.
- Entrants may enter as many times as they would like.
- Prize Details
- There is one (1) Prize to be won, for one (1) Winner.
- The prize is the entire new NAK Hair Liquid Gloss five (5) shade collection, valued at approximately AUD$150, and includes:
- 1 x NAK Liquid Gloss 6RB Rouje – Dark Blonde Red Brown 60mL
- 1 x NAK Liquid Gloss 3N Noire – Dark Brown Natural 60mL
- 1 x NAK Liquid Gloss 4WG Sundara – Medium Brown Warm Gold 60mL
- 1 x NAK Liquid Gloss 5NW Macchiato – Brown Natural Warm 60mL
- 1 x NAK Liquid Gloss 9NW Velvet – Light Blonde Natural Warm 60mL
- The prize includes professional-only products that do not have a recommended retail price. Any stated prize value is an estimate.
- The prize is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- The prize excludes travel, accommodation, or any additional costs in connected with the prize being redeemed.
- Prize Draw & Winner Selection
- All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.
- The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 1 April 2026 at 8.00am AEST, at the Promoter’s Head Office (7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, Queensland, 4009 Australia).
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification & Prize Claim
- The winner will be notified within one (1) day of the Prize Draw Date.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @nakhairprofessional.
- The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize by 5.00pm AEST on Friday 3 April 2026 of notification.
- If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
- Prize Conditions
- The winner may be required to provide any documentation which the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s insurer reasonably requests for the purposes of prize redemption.
- The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
- Prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail and/or delivered via email.
- Where the prize is a physical products or gift card, the prizes may be provided to the winner by the Promoter and can be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail or delivered via email
- Unclaimed Prize Redraw
- If the prize is forfeited, a redraw will take place on Monday 6 April 2026 at 8.00am AEST, at the Promoter’s Head Office (7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 Australia).
- The winner of the redraw will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries.
- The winner will be notified within one (1) business day of the redraw date, via Instagram direct message from @nakhairprofessional.
- Special conditions
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award of any prize or the pronouncement of a winner/s (as applicable).
- Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
- Prior to acceptance of any prize, the Promoter may require the winner to sign documents including a prize acceptance form. Any winner that fails to sign any required documentation as requested by the Promoter may be disqualified from the promotion.
- Should there be any technical malfunctions for any reason, the Promoter has the option to extend the time period for giveaways and/or change the specified day. The Promoter will then stipulate online or on social the new end time of the competition.
- Information collected
- The entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the competition and arranging for the prize to be provided to the winning entrant, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, found at https://nakhair.com.au/privacy-policy.
- Contesting dates
- Contesting dates for prize giveaways is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Should for any reason the contesting dates need to change (for example, due to any changes to prize availability) the Promoter will communicate the date change online and/or on social. The Promoter also has the option to extend the existing contesting day should it be required for any reason.
